A little about Me - between the bends & the breath


I am Sneha. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and throughout this journey, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound benefits of a consistent practice. Although it started out more as a hobby and a curiosity - an exploration of how far I could move and challenge my body, it soon transformed into something much deeper. It became a daily ritual that taught me resilience on the mat and grace off it. It's a practice of returning to oneself, of finding clarity amidst chaos, and of nurturing compassion—for our bodies, our minds, and the world around us.
The more I practiced, the stronger the inner calling grew—to share this ancient, transformative discipline with others. ​Over time, the stillness and strength that yoga nurtured within me inspired a natural shift. Teaching became my way of paying forward the grounding peace and boundless energy that this practice ignites.

Through my classes, I strive to create a space where students can reconnect with their breath, their body, and ultimately, their inner selves. Yoga is a lifelong journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside others on their path toward greater awareness, conscious living, peace, and well-being.​​
